Shape the future of nursing education as a Clinical Supervisor for Nursing Programs. Provide essential clinical learning experiences to enhance student skills and client care.
In this part-time role, working Wednesdays and Saturdays, you will guide students through their clinical experiences. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will uphold educational standards, assess student performance, and maintain a supportive atmosphere within the healthcare team. Your critical judgment is crucial in high-pressure situations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure effective learning experiences for students
• Make selections of clients for practical care
• Review nursing course expectations with students
• Supervise and evaluate student performance closely
• Interact positively with students, staff, and clients
Requirements:
• Four-year Nursing degree or two-year diploma, RN in good standing
• Minimum two years of acute care nursing experience
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• N95 mask fit testing and TB testing
• Robust time management and problem-solving skills
Guide nursing students in a clinical environment and ensure they meet educational outcomes through hands-on supervision.
