In this role, you will provide direct nursing care in the Operating Room, including patient assessments, care planning, and execution of nursing interventions. Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and evaluate individual nursing care plans
• Perform scrubbing and circulating duties in the OR
• Coordinate nursing care per physician guidelines
• Monitor patient conditions throughout surgical procedures
• Engage in patient education and advocate for rights

Requirements:
• Current Registered Nurse status with BCCNM
• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
• One year relevant clinical experience required
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced setting
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills
