This full time role will have you reporting to the Director of Information Technology while focusing on maintaining the operational readiness of our CorCare Health Information System. You will oversee program compliance, coordinate essential drills, and ensure the effectiveness of contingency strategies across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the CorCare business continuity planning framework
• Maintain compliance with business continuity standards from Epic
• Coordinate essential downtime drills and exercises
• Manage the governance of vendor contracts
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in operations

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related area
• Minimum five years of relevant experience
• Experience with governance and compliance tracking
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 required
• Willing to become Epic certified
