Become a Full time Developmental Specialist with arc programs, dedicated to supporting families with children facing developmental delays. Focus on early intervention and community resources to foster positive outcomes.

In this impactful role, you will collaborate with parents and caregivers of children with developmental challenges or neurodiversity. You'll utilize a caregiver-driven approach to optimize child development while educating families about developmental needs. Your expertise will help navigate challenges by providing resources and monitoring interventions for positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate program services with Practice Lead and management
• Conduct assessments and create intervention plans
• Provide home-based and virtual services for children




• Support families with developmental monitoring strategies
• Collaborate with community partners for goal-focused interventions

Requirements:
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Social Services
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Understanding of child development and neurodiversity
• BC Driver's License and regional insurance required
• Criminal record screening for shortlisted candidates
