In this vital position, you will work under supervision to implement rehabilitation programs designed by physiotherapists. Your focus will be on teaching techniques and documenting residents' progress to personalize their care. You'll support the planning and improvement of programs while reporting on residents' concerns to ensure their well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement rehabilitation programs for resident mobility
• Teach proper rehabilitation and exercise techniques
• Participate in annual assessments and Care Conferences
• Maintain equipment inventory and report issues
• Record changes in residents’ cognitive and functional behavior

Requirements:
• Completed Grade 12 education
• Rehabilitation aide diploma or recreation therapy degree
• At least 2 years’ experience in long-term care
• Valid First Aid Certificate including CPR-C
• Successful completion of necessary background checks
