This full time, permanent role requires a Post-secondary degree or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety and 5-8 years of relevant experience. You will act as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders to promote compliance, develop training programs, and lead incident investigations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as H&S; Subject Matter Expert across multiple business units
• Provide expert guidance on regulatory compliance and risk mitigation




• Lead development of H&S; strategic initiatives and programs
• Facilitate implementation of H&S; Management Systems
• Conduct hazard assessments and provide performance monitoring

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree/diploma in Occupational Health and Safety
• 5-8 years managing H&S; processes and programs
• Good standing with the Board of Canadian Registered Safety
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills
