Join Linamar as an Intermediate Business Analyst and enhance HR systems globally with a focus on Oracle HCM. Provide expertise, support analysis, and improve HR processes for better outcomes.

In this role, you'll be a key global resource for HR systems, ensuring data consistency and providing 2nd level support across all Linamar facilities. Collaborate with the Oracle team and stakeholders to address user inquiries, perform root cause analysis, and lead rigorous system testing processes, including regression and user acceptance testing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance on Oracle HR Support requests globally
• Lead end-to-end system testing and document results
• Execute Oracle HR systems projects and integrations
• Analyze current HR processes for inefficiencies
• Develop rollout plans and support documentation

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in HR systems support and analysis
• Experience with Oracle HCM is an asset
• Solid technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication abilities with stakeholders
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar tools
