About the Role Our client is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Skilled Tennis Coach to train and develop aspiring tennis players at their renowned academy in Kimberley . This role involves designing and delivering personalized training programs, focusing on technical skills, tactical strategy, physical conditioning, and mental toughness. You will work with players across various levels, from juniors to aspiring professionals, fostering their growth and helping them achieve their competitive goals. The ideal candidate is passionate about tennis development, possesses excellent communication and motivational skills, and has a proven ability to guide players to success.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive individual and group training plans based on player needs and goals.
Provide expert technical instruction on stroke mechanics, footwork, and court strategy.
Develop and oversee physical conditioning programs tailored for tennis players.
Instill mental toughness, focus, and a strong competitive spirit in players.
Accompany players to tournaments, providing on-site coaching and support.
Monitor player progress,



provide regular feedback, and adapt training programs as needed.
Requirements Professional playing experience or equivalent coaching qualifications (e.g., PTR, USPTA).
Minimum of 5 years of experience coaching tennis at a competitive level, preferably with junior or skilled players.
In-depth knowledge of tennis technique, strategy, conditioning, and sports psychology.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
Ability to travel to tournaments and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
