In this temporary role, you will manage invoices, direct deposit maintenance, and payment approvals. Key Responsibilities:
• Approve and review invoices and contracts for payment
• Implement payment processing compliance and accuracy
• Perform month-end analyses on accounts payable
• Assist in training and supervising Accounts Payable staff
• Reconcile contracts to ensure timely payments
Requirements:
• Completed Grade 12 and post-secondary accounting courses
• Minimum of five years in a complex accounts payable role
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Robust experience with general ledger reconciliation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
