You will implement best practices in Lean Warehousing and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while enhancing individual performance as a mentor.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee receipt, inspection, and storage of inventory
• Manage staffing and workload distribution daily




• Provide support and guidance to warehouse staff
• Ensure inventory accuracy and effective stock control
• Maintain safety and operational standards consistently

Requirements:
• Grade twelve diploma; degree preferred
• Ten years of aerospace experience, 5 years in management
• Eligible for Canadian Controlled Goods Program
• Proficient in inventory management systems
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills
