Key Responsibilities:
• Own AR reporting and forecasting initiatives
• Oversee collections strategy for improved cash flow
• Directly manage and develop AR team members
• Conduct thorough customer credit assessments
• Resolve complex credit and billing discrepancies

Requirements:
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business-related field
• 10+ years in Accounts Receivable or Credit roles
• 5+ years in a senior management role
• Solid analytical and credit assessment skills
• ERP systems experience, JDE preferred
