As part of Cynosure's innovative team, you will oversee clinical training for advanced energy-based aesthetic devices like DermaV and eCO2 3D. Your leadership will directly impact how our Canadian training team excels, ensuring consistent training quality and exceptional customer experiences. Collaborate with sales organizations and engage in strategic initiatives to boost revenue growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee clinical training across Canada ensuring quality standards
• Partner with sales for demos and account planning




• Develop advanced training programs for clinical teams
• Collaborate on new product introductions and educational strategies
• Manage KOL engagement and field support initiatives

Requirements:
• RN, NP, PA or equivalent clinical background preferred
• 7-10 years in clinical training or medical education
• 3+ years in leadership managing clinical teams
• Hands-on experience with aesthetic devices required
• Robust interpersonal skills and strategic mindset
