CEDA seeks an experienced Shop Foreman to manage daily activities at its Regina facility. This role requires robust mechanics expertise, including diagnostics and repair of diesel engines and hydraulic systems. You will also coordinate shop employees and contribute to a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform maintenance and repair on pressure/vacuum equipment
• Diagnose and service diesel engines and hydraulic systems
• Inspect equipment to replace defective components
• Interpret and fulfill work orders accurately
• Maintain equipment records and repair histories

Requirements:
• 5+ years in mechanical or fabrication environments
• Journeyman Heavy Equipment Mechanic Certificate
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license (clean record required)
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
• Excellent communication skills and safety focus
