Key Responsibilities:



• Develop plans for marketing initiatives and campaigns • Track success metrics for marketing across various channels • Coordinate Sales and Homeowner event planning • Communicate effectively with third-party vendors and teams • Maintain professional presentation of Sales Centres and Model Homes

Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration • 2-3 years of Project Coordination experience • Experience with database email design required • Knowledge of HTML and SQL is a plus • Ability to work full-time in-person, including evenings
