Key Responsibilities

- Translate client briefs and business requirements into detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, milestones, dependencies, owners, approval gates, and delivery schedules.
- Build and maintain integrated workback schedules aligned with final delivery and in-market dates.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary workstreams across creative, data, studio, production, digital, photography, quality assurance, and client teams.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and proactively re-plan when priorities, scope, timelines, resources, or client requirements change.
- Identify critical paths, project risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and potential delivery issues, escalating with clear impacts, options, and recommendations.
- Lead project kickoffs, status meetings, action reviews, and day-to-day delivery coordination while maintaining clear ownership of decisions, actions, and due dates.
- Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for project status, client inputs, decisions, approvals, and delivery requirements.
- Develop project estimates and monitor budgets, hours, purchase orders, scope changes, and forecast-to-complete throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify out-of-scope requests and support change estimates, statements of work, and related client conversations.
- Partner closely with account leadership,

production management, and functional teams to address resource requirements, capacity constraints, delivery risks, and recovery plans.
- Maintain accurate project information within designated project management and workflow platforms, ensuring strong data quality and visibility across teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve project workflows, standardize repeatable processes, and leverage automation and AI-assisted solutions to increase productivity and delivery efficiency.
- Support project close-outs, lessons learned, and continuous improvement across the Retail & Commercial Operations team.

What They're Looking For

- 5+ years of project management experience within retail marketing, creative production, integrated agency services, e-commerce content, or a related setting.
- Demonstrated experience creating and managing integrated project plans connecting client requirements, internal workstreams, approvals, and final delivery dates.
- Experience managing complex, multidisciplinary projects with multiple concurrent workstreams and tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of creative and content production workflows across digital, print, web, e-commerce, photography, and related channels.
- Hands-on experience managing project scope, schedules, dependencies, risks, approvals, estimates, budgets, and delivery requirements.

- Strong experience with modern project management, workflow, collaboration, or production management platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to improve project processes, workflow visibility, delivery consistency, or operational efficiency.
- Strong technology orientation with an interest in workflow automation, AI, and emerging tools that can improve project delivery.
- Calm, proactive, highly organized,

and solution-oriented approach with the confidence to hold internal teams and clients accountable to project requirements.

Non-Negotiables
