• Ensure training compliance with MECI guidelines

Requirements:
• Experience as a Superintendent is necessary
• Background in environmental/civil construction preferred
• Familiarity with heavy equipment operations
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Basics of Supervisor Training certification
