About the Role

Our client is looking for an organized and effective Remote HR Administrator to join their People Operations team, supporting a global workforce with a key presence historically in Kimberley , but this role is entirely remote. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of HR administrative processes, managing employee data, and supporting various people operations initiatives. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent attention to detail and a strong ability to manage tasks independently in a virtual environment. Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain employee records in the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Process new hire paperwork, employee changes, and terminations in a timely manner. Administer and provide support for employee benefits programs. Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures via email and internal communication channels. Generate HR reports and dashboards to track key HR metrics.



Assist with the coordination of virtual onboarding and employee engagement activities. Requirements

2-3 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role, with proven remote work experience. Proficiency in HRIS systems and standard office productivity software. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively in a remote setting. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred. Benefits
