Operations Director (Multi-Site)

QLM is partnering with a FMCG manufacturer with ambitious growth plans, where manufacturing and supply chain transformation led by this Operations Director position will be critical to the next phase of performance.

Reporting to the Executive Team, the Operations Director will lead a multi-site North American manufacturing network with responsibility for Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement and Planning.

This is a high-impact leadership role with a clear mandate to deliver a step change in productivity, yield, customer service, operational discipline and organisational capability. You will combine strategic leadership with hands-on operational execution, building the platform for profitable growth as the business scales.

Key Requirements





- Senior manufacturing leadership within food, dairy or beverages or similar process industries.
- Multi-site or large, complex plant leadership experience.
- Solid track record improving productivity, yield, service, cost and operational performance.
- Experience leading operational excellence, transformation and cultural change.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to partner across innovation, sales and customer teams.
