Working closely with Dispatch, Transportation, Sales, Billing, and Operations teams, you'll help deliver exceptional service while supporting operational efficiency.Your scope includes:Acting as the primary contact for customers and managing inquiries, requests, and service-related issues from start to finishCoordinating with internal teams to ensure services are delivered accurately, on time, and according to customer expectationsManaging customer accounts, service requests,
