As part of the dynamic Evening Support Team, you will create individualized strategies that promote student success in a supportive and enriching environment. Your role includes collaboration with colleagues to align support services for all students.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate small group coaching sessions for students
• Partner with staff to strategize student support
• Document and track student learning outcomes




• Engage actively in Evening Support Team meetings
• Develop best practices for effective coaching

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Education or relevant experience
• Specialized training in Special Education preferred
• Proven support of Ontario curriculum grades 9-12
• Experienced in teaching students with learning differences
• Availability during evening hours only
