You will also facilitate ongoing discussions and support the team with process improvements and annual planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of staff executing QARs
• Review and approve Working Papers and Final Reports
• Ensure timely stakeholder communications




• Create resolutions for QAR-identified issues
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:
• Degree and 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated solid communication and management skills
• Understanding of RCM regulatory compliance
• Certified in audit and risk management
• Ability to meet high-quality standards under deadlines
