This full time role, reporting to the Lead Pastor, demands a discerning heart and innovative spirit. You will lead various teams, mentor volunteers, and oversee worship activities that reflect the church's unity and global vision. Special events and Sunday services will benefit from your expertise and collaboration with ministry leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate diverse expressions of worship across ministries
• Oversee training and equipping of worship teams
• Work closely with leadership to achieve worship vision




• Manage annual goals and budget for Worship Arts
• Lead and participate in worship gatherings and activities

Requirements:
• Strong personal faith and relationship with Jesus
• Innovative in leading worship through creative arts
• Desired background in theological education
• Demonstrable experience in leading music vocally and instrumentally
• Supportive of the church's Statement of Faith and Lifestyle Covenant
