About the Role Our client is seeking a data-driven and analytical Remote Fleet Operations Analyst to join their expanding logistics division. This role is vital for optimizing fleet performance, reducing operational costs, and enhancing overall efficiency through data analysis and strategic insights. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting fleet data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for cost savings. Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to fleet performance, including fuel consumption, maintenance costs, and driver behaviour.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the fleet.
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in fleet operations data and provide actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with fleet managers and operational teams to implement data-driven improvements.
Conduct cost-benefit analyses for new fleet technologies or operational strategies.




Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in fleet analytics.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics , Statistics, Logistics, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field.
Proven experience as a Fleet Analyst, Operations Analyst, or in a similar data-focused role.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for data visualization and reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
