As a Lead Mould Change specialist, you will manage scheduling, staging, and executing mould alterations while ensuring safety and compliance. Your role will involve detailed communication with various teams to troubleshoot issues and meet production targets effectively. You will also spearhead continuous improvement projects enhancing mould processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and adapt mould changes effectively
• Support tooling staging and execute changes as required
• Complete mould change check sheets and conduct inspections




• Lead daily 5S audits and address issues promptly
• Facilitate communication with production leaders on performance

Requirements:
• Completed Grade 12 with relevant technical training
• Experience in mould change and rigging is advantageous
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written
• Solid mechanical and electrical competencies
• Maintain a robust safety record in work history
