As a Cook I at Islay Assisted Living, you will use diverse cooking techniques to prepare and serve meals that adhere to food safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve meals according to established recipes
• Ensure food safety and quality in meal preparation
• Clean and maintain cooking equipment and workspaces
• Follow AHS guidelines for portion control
• Assist with meal assembly and delivery duties

Requirements:
• Grade 12 completion or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 46 lbs and push meal carts
• Food Sanitation and Hygiene Certificate required
• Customer service experience preferred
• Background check required for employment
