Key Eligibility Criteria

Education: Degree in law (LLB or JD).

Licensure: Must be licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.

Experience: Less than 7 years of legal practice or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills: In-depth proficiency in negotiation,



verbal/written communication, collaboration, and analytical problem-solving.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

Deliver legal advice and instruct external counsel regarding banking products and initiatives.

Identify emerging legal trends and risks to inform organizational decision-making.

Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Work independently on complex legal issues while exercising sound professional judgment.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode
Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $175,000.00 (Salaried).
