You will ensure efficient office operations, oversee payroll processes, and analyze important departmental data. Your ability to research, compile, and maintain accurate records will be essential to the department’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enforce and administer investigation-related departmental procedures
• Process payroll and documentation for departmental operations
• Compile and analyze informational statistics related to services
• Ensure compliance with relevant administrative policies
• Engage in the TTC's Customer Service Ambassador Program
Requirements:
• Relevant diploma or degree in administration or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Solid proficiency in software applications
• Proven ability to manage sensitive information
• Skills in project coordination requirements
