This full-time position focuses on operational oversight, spiritual guidance, and program accountability. Your leadership will play a critical role in hiring and training staff, as well as fostering a team culture rooted in integrity and servant leadership. You will engage clients and their families, ensuring a structured setting for their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support campus staff and volunteers
• Maintain excellence in program delivery
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies
• Oversee campus operations and budget stewardship
• Foster community relationships and represent the organization

Requirements:
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience in addiction recovery or social services preferred
• Strong conflict-resolution and communication skills
• Commitment to a faith-based approach
• Must obtain Vulnerable Sector Clearance
