Key Responsibilities:
• Offer software support to customers in the Accounting module
• Inform customers about the status of their escalations
• Ensure professional delivery of support services
• Build relationships with customers through effective communication
• Assist in managing helpdesk ticket responses

Requirements:
• Fundamentals of accounting knowledge
• Currently enrolled in an Accounting Diploma/Certificate program
• Experience in Automotive Dealership Accounting preferred
• Excellent communication and analytic skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Office
