Our client is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join their fully remote team, supporting clinical trials across various locations. As a CRA, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality, integrity, and compliance of clinical trial data by monitoring investigational sites. You will work closely with investigators, site staff, and internal project teams to oversee study conduct, verify data accuracy, and ensure adherence to protocols and regulatory requirements. This role offers the flexibility of work from home, allowing you to contribute significantly to groundbreaking research while maintaining an optimal work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities Conduct site initiation, interim monitoring, and close-out visits to ensure study compliance.
Verify the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of clinical trial data through source document verification.
Ensure adherence to the study protocol, SOPs, GCP, and all applicable regulatory requirements.
Manage communication between the sponsor and investigative sites.
Identify and escalation potential issues or risks at clinical trial sites.




Train site personnel on study-specific procedures and regulatory requirements.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in a life science, nursing, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA).
Thorough understanding of GCP, ICH guidelines , and clinical trial processes.
Experience in monitoring multi-center clinical trials.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
