Flynn is looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Analyst with a minimum of 2 years' experience in payroll roles. You will ensure union rate compliance and manage various payroll processes, including remittances and employee record maintenance. A strong understanding of payroll legislation is essential, alongside excellent analytical and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with union rate requirements
• Process CRA and garnishment payments accurately
• Liaise with branches regarding payroll queries




• Maintain employee records in line with regulations
• Assist in setting up payroll systems using Jira Tickets

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of relevant payroll experience
• Strong grasp of payroll deductions and remittances
• Awareness of government payroll regulations
• Preferred PCP or CPM certification
• Excellent Excel abilities and communication skills
