Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the full financial close process for accuracy




• Drive financial system optimization and automation initiatives
• Analyze financial variances against budgets and forecasts
• Create standard operating procedures for finance-related tasks
• Manage cash flow and liaise with banks for compliance

Requirements:
• CPA designation required
• Bachelor’s in accounting or finance
• 7–10+ years of financial leadership experience
• Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills
