Shape work-integrated learning experiences as a WIL Coordinator at the University of Toronto Scarborough. Foster partnerships and enrich student learning through community engagement and academic collaborations.
This full-time position involves close collaboration with faculty and external partners to create high-quality work-integrated learning opportunities for students. You will focus on both Academic Internships and Organization-Partnered Projects, ensuring alignment with the co-op program's objectives. With a strong emphasis on equity and inclusion, your role will drive impactful learning experiences for a diverse student population.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build relationships with academic and community partners
• Implement outreach initiatives for WIL opportunities
• Support faculty in designing tailored WIL programs
• Liaise between stakeholders for best practices
• Provide guidance to organizations on learning opportunities
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Five years in a WIL environment with relationship management
• Strong knowledge of community engagement practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to foster cooperative partnerships
