Take charge of high-voltage projects with Rising Edge Group as a Site Supervisor. Manage on-site activities safely, efficiently, and on schedule while ensuring top quality standards.

In this position, you'll report directly to the Construction Manager, leading site crews through all daily construction tasks. You'll be accountable for timely crew timesheet submissions and serve as the key point of contact among clients, subcontractors, and management while enforcing safety protocols and documentation practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all construction activities ensuring compliance with specifications
• Lead and support site crews to promote teamwork and accountability
• Ensure daily crew timesheet completion and submission




• Act as liaison between the company, clients, and subcontractors
• Promote a robust safety culture by enforcing policies

Requirements:
• Degree in Construction Management or Journeyperson Electrician
• 5-7 years of construction industry experience
• Valid class 5 driver’s license with a clean record
• Strong knowledge of Canadian Electrical Code and safety standards
• High-voltage experience is a significant asset
