Join Paladin Security as a Security Training Coordinator, enhancing the skills of new staff at Mount Sinai Hospital. This full-time position is pivotal for fostering effective security management.

In this role, you will oversee the training of new security officers during their 90-day probationary period. Your robust background in security, paired with your leadership abilities, will be crucial in ensuring that all guards receive the necessary training to operate safely and efficiently. You will also report directly to the Client Service Manager, ensuring that training programs are up to date and compliant.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and train new security personnel
• Evaluate new staff and provide constructive feedback




• Ensure all guards complete mandatory training
• Collaborate with Team Leads for performance monitoring
• Keep accurate training documentation and performance metrics

Requirements:
• Minimum two years of security experience
• Certifications in Use of Force and MOAB required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Power BI a plus
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
