The PMSS Coordinator will play a crucial role in providing oversight and leadership to the support program. You will directly engage with young adults to develop personalized work plans aimed at achieving success. Building upon collaborations with First Nations and dedicated service providers is essential for ensuring comprehensive support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify individuals eligible for PMSS program services
• Develop tailored work plans in collaboration with clients
• Facilitate wrap-around services for holistic outcomes




• Oversee daily PMSS program operations and maintain budget
• Lead and mentor team members including elders

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent qualification
• Class 5 Drivers License required
• Criminal Record Check/Vulnerable Sector certification
• Robust interpersonal skills with innovative mindset
• Ability to communicate in Cree is an asset
