Job Description
Join our Enterprise Resiliency team as a Lead Technical Risk Specialist, where you’ll drive organizational resilience and audit readiness across our technology portfolio. This strategic leadership role serves as the central hub for managing compliance, vulnerabilities, and audit findings. You’ll work with senior leadership and cross-functional teams using a disciplined Identify, Monitor, and Manage approach—systematically uncovering potential risks across servers and applications, continuously tracking their status and impact, and orchestrating resolution efforts to minimize organizational exposure. Your work ensures our systems remain secure, compliant, and resilient while maintaining a zero-tolerance standard for missed risk commitments. This position is essential to maintaining our operational excellence and protecting our enterprise infrastructure.

What will you do?

Lead comprehensive risk management initiatives including compliance, audit findings, and vulnerability remediation across our technology environment

Serve as the primary liaison between technology teams and governance leadership on all risk-related matters

Develop and maintain centralized risk tracking systems and dashboards to monitor vulnerabilities, findings, and compliance gaps

Build and maintain an Audit Readiness Program to ensure continuous preparedness for internal and external audits

Present risk status, metrics, and recommendations to senior leadership on a weekly basis

Establish controls, documentation standards, and repositories for all risk data and tracking information

What do you need to succeed?
Must-have

3–5 years of risk management, compliance,



or audit experience in a technology or IT environment

Demonstrated track record leading risk initiatives and driving remediation to completion

Experience with vulnerability management tools and security assessments

Knowledge of governance processes and ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders

Proven ability to communicate and influence across all levels—from technical teams to senior leadership—translating complex risk information into transparent, actionable insights and securing buy-in for remediation priorities and timelines

Nice-to-have

Certification in risk management or compliance (CRISC or equivalent)

Experience with observability or monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Pagerduty, or similar)

Familiarity with IT infrastructure including servers, applications, and cloud services
