Key Responsibilities Conduct community needs assessments and identify areas for development intervention.
Develop, manage, and implement community development projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with community members, leaders, and local authorities.
Facilitate community participation and engagement in project activities.
Monitor project progress,



evaluate outcomes, and report on impact.
Requirements Proven experience in community development or a related social work field.
Robust understanding of development principles and community engagement strategies.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills.
Familiarity with the social and economic context of Kimberley and the surrounding region.
Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
