Elevate park operations as a Parks Group Leader with the Ministry of the Environment in Huntsville. Oversee team management, facility maintenance, and ensure visitor safety all year round.

In this permanent full-time position, your leadership will drive the success of park programs at Arrowhead Provincial Park. You will train and supervise staff, implement operational initiatives, and ensure health and safety standards for everyone involved. Effective communication skills will support your interactions with visitors and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the operation and maintenance of park facilities
• Ensure health and safety protocols are followed
• Assist in training, supervising, and scheduling staff




• Implement and oversee various operational field programs
• Address visitor inquiries and concerns with discretion

Requirements:
• Class 'G' driver’s license or equivalent required
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience
• Familiarity with park management and maintenance
• Robust written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to acquire a Pleasure Craft Operator license
