Advance cancer treatment as a Medical Physicist with Nova Scotia Health in Halifax. Participate in a team-oriented environment focused on treatment planning and protocol development.

Nova Scotia Health is looking for a Medical Physicist for its Cancer Care Program at the QEII Health Sciences Centre. In this essential role, you'll provide clinical support while also contributing to educational activities through your role at Dalhousie University. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you'll play a significant part in implementing innovative treatment techniques and supporting research efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in clinical treatment planning and quality assurance
• Develop and refine treatment techniques and protocols




• Educate graduate students in medical physics
• Engage in research initiatives and industry partnerships
• Act as a preceptor for residency training

Requirements:
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Medical Physics
• Eligible for MCCPM certification or R&D; qualification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Multilingual abilities are beneficial, French preferred
