In this role, you will work closely with physician partners within the Thames Valley region, using your expertise as a Physician Assistant to enhance care delivery. Your responsibilities will encompass comprehensive patient assessments and the management of both chronic and acute conditions. This position emphasizes the interdisciplinary approach to patient care, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout our communities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and treatment planning
• Support in managing acute and chronic illnesses




• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
• Educate patients on health promotion techniques
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records

Requirements:
• Graduate from an accredited PA education program
• Current certification as a Physician Assistant in Canada
• Strong clinical judgement and communication abilities
• Proficient in EMR and digital tools
• Passion for patient-centered initiatives
