In this critical role, you will report to the Head of Finance, ensuring smooth finance operations through detailed client invoicing and vendor management. Your 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable and payable will help maintain financial accuracy during the maternity leave period. Your attention to detail and time management skills are essential to meet contractual deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full cycle accounts receivable and payable
• Execute credit card transaction postings
• Conduct media reconciliations as necessary




• Provide backup support for finance team during absences
• Complete monthly accounting tasks timely and accurately

Requirements:
• 2-3 years experience in full cycle accounting
• Solid attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in NetSuite, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
• Relevant education in Accounting or Finance
• Ability to work independently in a contract role
