We seek a dedicated Director of Community Services to oversee social development and child welfare programs. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this leadership role emphasizes the creation of culturally appropriate policies and community engagement strategies. You will liaise with local agencies, enhance service delivery, and cultivate meaningful relationships within the community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop culturally sensitive child welfare policies and frameworks
• Oversee community social development programs




• Establish partnerships with key stakeholders and agencies
• Lead teams to deliver quality, culturally relevant services
• Facilitate community engagement sessions for feedback

Requirements:
• A degree in Business Administration or related field
• 5+ years of senior management experience
• Knowledge of child welfare regulations and Indigenous governance
• Expertise in grant writing and securing funding
• Valid BC Class 5 Driver's License
