Join the ROCKWOOL team as a Factory Operational Excellence Coach in Milton, ON. Spearhead the ROPEX program to embed a culture of continuous improvement within the factory workplace.

In this critical role, you will report to the Director of Operations, leading the charge on Kaizen events and improvement initiatives. Candidates must have at least three years of experience in environments conducive to operational excellence, combined with a solid foundation in industrial engineering. Your expertise will help shape leadership capabilities while ensuring ROPEX becomes integral to everyday practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate ROPEX and Leadership workshops for the team
• Formulate and deploy operational strategies




• Assist in conducting training workshops
• Implement and lead systematic problem-solving processes
• Report ROPEX progress using defined tools

Requirements:
• Industrial Engineering degree or similar
• Over 3 years of experience effecting change
• Proven success in Lean Manufacturing implementations
• Effective coaching and training skills
• Proficient in MS Office suite
