What You'll Do

- Pick and assemble customer orders from different temperature areas with care and accuracy to support on-time delivery
- Pack orders carefully by confirming product selection, quantities, and product codes
- Select fresh, high-quality products and remove damaged or unsuitable items
- Complete all required documentation and labels accurately, including pick slips and shipping labels
- Pack totes efficiently to make the best use of space while maintaining product quality and safety standards
- Balance fulfillment tasks with positive customer interaction, providing assistance and helping resolve issues when needed




- Maintain a clean and safe work area by following food hygiene and safety procedures
- Operate equipment safely and complete required safety checks
- Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements

- Stand for extended periods, bend, and lift inventory or supplies weighing up to 20 lbs regularly, and occasionally up to 50 lbs
- Perform repetitive tasks such as stocking, zoning, and organizing products
