Ensure the safety of swimmers as a Lifeguard at a hotel swimming pool. This in office role requires maintaining logs and providing first aid when necessary.
We are seeking a dedicated Lifeguard with 7 months to less than 1 year of experience. You will oversee safety at the pool area, assist guests with special needs, and train fellow staff members. Important skills include effective communication and the ability to act swiftly in emergency situations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Keep logs and maintain safety records
• Train and mentor pool staff regularly
• Ensure safety of all guests and rescuers
• Assist clients with special needs during use
• Monitor activities at the pool and provide support
Requirements:
• Lifesaving Bronze Cross certification required
• National Lifeguard Service (NLS) Certificate needed
• CPR and First Aid certifications mandatory
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle necessary
• Strong client-focused and interpersonal skills
