In this role within our Manufacturing Engineering team, you will directly influence the design-to-production transition for vanadium flow batteries. Your skills in managing production documentation and implementing continuous improvement initiatives will be critical for ensuring operational excellence. Collaborate with various teams to tackle mechanical and process-related challenges, ensuring products meet specifications and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Convert engineering designs into documented manufacturing processes
• Create and manage production documentation standards
• Enhance manufacturing efficiency through Lean methodologies
• Support production readiness and capacity improvement
• Maintain communications between cross-functional teams
Requirements:
• Must hold an Engineering degree or equivalent
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking capabilities
• Previous manufacturing engineering experience required
• IT literacy essential
• US citizenship needed
