Extendicare is seeking a Registered Nurse to contribute to our Cobourg Home team. This part time position involves working with seniors and leading unregulated care providers while implementing comprehensive care plans. Your expertise in communication, critical thinking, and care coordination will enrich the lives of residents and support your fellow staff members.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and evaluate complex care plans for residents
• Lead and supervise nursing and personal care staff
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for optimal care




• Provide education and support to care providers
• Maintain high clinical knowledge and skill delegation

Requirements:
• Current Registered Nurse registration in Ontario
• Experience with seniors and unregulated care providers
• Knowledge in gerontology and long-term care
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Current Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening within 3 months
