Fairmont Chateau Whistler is seeking a People & Culture Manager – Colleague Relations to shape an exceptional colleague experience by partnering with leaders on employee relations, engagement, recognition, and workplace culture. This is a full time, permanent position, starting as soon as possible.
Pay range is $72,000 - $85,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications. You will lead investigations, coach leaders, drive engagement, and ensure BC employment legislation compliance
