About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced and visionary Sustainable Agriculture Consultant to join their fully remote advisory services. This role is dedicated to guiding agricultural businesses and organizations in adopting and implementing environmentally sound, economically viable, and socially responsible farming practices. You will assess current operations, identify opportunities for improvement in resource management, conservation, and ecological impact, and develop tailored strategies for sustainability. As a remote consultant, you will collaborate with a diverse range of clients, driving positive change in the agricultural sector from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of agricultural operations to identify areas for enhancing sustainability and reducing environmental footprint.
Develop and implement strategic plans for sustainable practices, including water conservation, soil health management, biodiversity enhancement, and waste reduction.
Advise clients on adopting organic farming methods, integrated pest management, and climate-smart agriculture techniques.
Provide guidance on regulatory compliance related to environmental stewardship and sustainable agriculture certifications.




Educate clients and stakeholders on the benefits and implementation of sustainable agricultural principles and practices.
Requirements Master's degree or Ph.D. in Sustainable Agriculture, Environmental Science, Agronomy, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in sustainable agriculture, environmental consulting, or agricultural research.
Strong knowledge of ecological principles, conservation techniques, and environmental impact assessment.
Experience in developing and implementing sustainability strategies for agricultural businesses.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and client communication skills.
